Beth Sigg

Beth Sigg has been a real estate broker for 27 years, a real estate appraiser for 17 years, and an instructor at Hondros College since 2001, for both real estate and appraisal pre-licensing and continuing education. Beth has also authored both classroom and on-line courses.
She holds a certified general appraisal license in both Ohio and Michigan and a real estate broker's license in Ohio. She was recognized as "Rookie Instructor of the Year" in 2001 and "Real Estate Instructor of the Year" in 2003 for Hondros College.

Tim Detty
Position: Appraisal and Real Estate Instructor

Tim Detty has been active in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Beginning in real estate sales, he achieved success as a top sales producer, which led to his advancement to brokerage manager. In that role Tim trained numerous sales agents and led his sales team to dominate the real estate market in his hometown of Chillicothe, Ohio. Twice past President of the Scioto Valley Association of REALTORS, Tim is also a past District Vice-President of the Ohio Association of REALTORS, which in 1997 named him the Ohio REALTOR of the Year. In addition to his real estate brokerage background Tim is a Certified General Appraiser and currently is a practicing real estate appraiser and consultant. Tim has been a Hondros College faculty member since 1996 and was the recipient of the 2004 "Instructor of the Year" Award. In addition to Tim's role as a classroom instructor, he is deeply involved in development of the college's appraisal program. Tim has authored or served as an expert reviewer for several real estate and appraisal textbooks.

Carol Sheehe
Position: Appraisal and Real Estate Instructor

Since 1987, Carol has been a licensed real estate agent in the state of Ohio and is a member of the Ohio Association of Realtors. She owns and operates a residential appraisal company serving Geauga, Lake and Cuyahoga Ohio counties. In 1996, Carol became a Certified Residential Appraiser in the state of Ohio. Carol has been a Hondros College faculty member since 2001. In 2003, Carol passed the Appraisal Foundation course exam making her one of only 476 certified Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) instructors worldwide.
