Classroom Courses

We offer basic and advanced Home Inspection training at several convenient locations throughout Ohio. Our comprehensive Career Start Package gives you everything you need to start your new career with confidence and earn the Graduate Home Inspector (GHI) certification. You can also choose from advanced specialty training in Mold inspection and Radon inspection.

Online Courses

If you’re looking for more flexibility in scheduling and need to take courses on your own schedule, we offer a 40-hour introductory online course and a 100-hour in-depth online course. We highly recommend that if you take an online course that you continue your education with our On-Site Inspection course for hand-on field training.
