Education and Research Fund for Real Estate Students

The Ohio Real Estate Commission administers the Ohio Division of Real Estate and Professional Licensing Education and Research Fund. A sales applicant may apply for a need-based loan of up to $800 to pay education costs. The sponsoring broker as guarantor of the loan must sign the application.
